Growing Like a Weed

For lack of a better allusion... that's how I've decided to describe a baby that has made a 33% weight increase and 20% height increase (or "length" for all of you stickler that would like to point out that we've been measuring him lying down).

Back in Umetsubo!

After almost 3 weeks up in the North of Japan (Itsuki's home town) I have returned to my pride and joy in Umetsubo... a 3 bedroom apartment with low clearance through the doorways and condensation on windows. My plants have all been stolen!... no wait... Jeff is taking care of them, right. And what's that smell in the fridge! Just joking. I remembered to keep it plugged in this time! (see 2003 McCow fridge incident for further reference :()

Although it's nice to be back, it's a little lonely here because I left my wife and son behind (and no not at a rest stop along the way). I'll be pickin' them up this weekend to bring them back to a spic and span house (because I've been cleaning so much)! Yup, but in the mean time it's been a crazy bachelors week! Movies, pizza, the same spaghetti leftovers (the other) 4 nights in a row.

Actually this is a sad admission but I kind of forget what it is that Bachelors do!?! I have one night left, and so I'll be taking suggestions.
